Refund policy

If items are returned, they need to be in the original packaging. All items must be clean, unwashed, unworn & unused. 

All refunds will be completed in store credit to the value of the items refunded.

There are no returns or credits on the shipping costs. Shipping costs of the return are at the customer's own cost.

You will be credited with the rand (ZAR) amount of the
returned item in the form of The Core Collection voucher. 

All items purchased using a discount code are eligible for returns or exchanges, however the value of the item will remain at the discounted amount. 

Customers must contact The Core Collection within 7
days should they wish to return or exchange their items.
